Hello, thanks for dropping by. For the past 25 years I have worked with people rather than on people. My career began in health arena as a registered general nurse working on people in understaffed, underfunded bush hospitals in NSW, Australia. That foundational training equipped me to work around the world and spring boarded me into higher and more diverse areas of expertise across 4 continents.
As I grew in knowledge, experience and skills my desire to assist others also expanded - I knew I wanted to help people not only stay out of hospital but to flourish and thrive. I went back to school in 1993, 1996, 2010, and again in 2020. Along the way I also became an entrepreneur.
Fast forward, armed with a BA., Hons., multiple certifications, accreditations, and lived experience, I decided to pivot from the firefighter 'job' to a fire prevention 'vocation' offering consulting and coaching services to leaders across all sectors - Private Industry, Governments and Entrepreneurs - because the foundation of success is all about self leadership.
My company, Ultimate U Leadership Coaching, now supports people in achieving positive, permanent, healthy change in their lives. With my help and by consistently applying an action-oriented approach you will find a new way forward and master life’s changing situations with amazing energy and inspiration.
